About Admission

Enrollment Period

Enrollment in our school is four times a year in April, July, October, and January, with graduation in March each Session.

School

Admission Requirements

  • 12+ years of education from elementary school, excellent grades and motivation to study (university college, junior college, regular high school).
  • Within 5 years after graduating from the school with the last education.
  • The following are accepted as educational backgrounds.
    • 1. Normal high school 2. Junior College 3. University student
    • Examining distance learning, night school, self-consideration, adult education, and vocational school
    • The educational background to receive the Chinese Ministry of Education’s certification report must be determined upon consultation.
    • Non-applicable educational background: technical school, vocational high school, third-grade secondary vocational school, adult vocational school.
  • There must be a reliable financial supporter who can cover expenses while staying in Japan.
  • Must have a Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 4 or higher, or J-TEST (F Level or higher), Japanese NAT Examination Level 4 Pass Certificate if the Japanese language study history is 200 hours or more and the final education level is high school (12 years of education).

Selection Method and Entrance Examination

The school will notify students of the time and place of the written and interview exams through the referral agency. Please bring the following documents with you during the interview.
  • Applicant to bring
    • CV (fill in carefully with a black fountain pen or black ballpoint pen)
    • Original ID card (or a document issued by a public institution replacing it)
    • Graduated diploma and transcript of final education
    • Telephone number and detailed address of the school with the final academic background
    • In addition to the above documents, notebook and black pen
  • Financial supporter to bring
    • Original ID card (or a document issued by a public institution replacing it)
  • Expenses and parents must accompany the interview.
  • At the time of interview, pay a screening fee of 20,000 yen for successful applicants.
  • The written examination will be conducted in Japanese.

A complete set of documents (application for admission, resume, expense payment document) necessary for application. Please mail it to the applicant together with the documents of the applicant and the financial supporter. Expenses can be paid only by direct relatives, and documents are only valid within 3 months from the date of submission. The documents vary depending on nationality and payment method, so please be sure to contact the secretariat before applying.

  • Japanese Language Certificate
    • High School Education: Japanese Language Proficiency Exam Level 4, NAT Exam Level 4, or J-Test F Grade Certificate
    • Junior College, University Education: Japanese Language Study time Certificate (more than 200 hours)
  • A copy of your Passport (if you have a history of visiting Japan, a copy of the page with the visa and immigration stamp)

  • A copy of the family register (same as the address listed in the resume, if attached, an explanation is attached on a separate sheet)
  • Copy of passport of relatives in Japan (Parents, Siblings, Spouse, Children, etc.)

Sponsor

  • Financial Sponsor (use our school designated form)
  • Relative Notarization (Public Document showing the relationship between the applicant and the financial supporter)
  • Sponsor’s balance certificate (3 million yen or 200,000 RMB or more)
  • Certificate of incumbent in-service, income certificate, tax payment certificate (with income for the past 3 years)
  • Business License (if the sponsor is privately run)

Short-Term Course (3 months)

  • *Payment for the long-term course is the same for each enrollment period in the first year, and the payment period is within one week from the date of issuance of the certificate of eligibility. In the second year, please pay until the above dates.
  • * For the first year of the long-term course, if the Japanese embassy or consulate does not issue a visa or cannot enroll due to an unexpected incident, a refund will be made, excluding the screening fee and admission fee.
  • * Paid fees will not be refunded for both long and short term.
  • * Textbook fees are not included in the above for both long and short term courses. Prints and booklets distributed in class are included in the supplementary material fee.

Scholarship System Description
MEXT Scholarship

1. Scholarship fee while studying at a Japanese Language School

Privately financed international students enrolled in Japanese Language Schools, etc. who aim to enter graduate schools, universities, vocational schools, etc. in Japan, who have excellent academic and personal skills and who have difficulty studying for financial reasons is a system in which the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan grants scholarships
to Students who have passed the on-campus examination at a Japanese Language School and are recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology as having sufficient scholarship will be eligible to receive the scholarship.

2. Incentives for studying at a vocational school in Japan based on the results of the EJU

A scholarship is provided for one year after a student who has achieved excellent results in the EJU is newly enrolled as a regular student in a Japanese college, junior college or vocational school specialized course.
The monthly payment is 30,000 yen.
